The contest is open to participants who are legal residents of United States of America and are at least 18 years of age. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. One (1) entry per qualified demo. To enter, you must attend a 1-1 expert-led Neos demo between 8:00 AM EST on 1/24/24 and 5:00 PM EST on 3/31/24. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified on 4/1/2024 and has until 11:59PM EST on 4/12/2024 to accept, otherwise a new winner will be chosen. The winner must be available to travel to F1 Miami from May 3-5, 2024. The prize includes one (1) F1 Miami ticket for the 3-day event in Miami, Florida, and dinner with the Assembly team on 5/3-5/5, 2024, at selected restaurants. It does not include flight or hotel accommodation. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All other expenses not mentioned in the prize description will be the winner’s responsibility. The winner agrees to have their name, company name and logo, image, and participation publicized as part of promotional activities. Assembly in not responsible for unforeseen events including but not limited to event cancelation, injuries, etc. Information submitted for entry into the contest will be used for the purpose of administering the contest, including contacting participants regarding the Neos demo, and for sending future marketing materials from Assembly Software. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time under certain conditions, like fraud detection or other significant issues. Employees and immediate family members are not eligible.
